How a project runs

  1. Step 1

    Scope

    We agree what the first version must do and what it deliberately will not. You get a written scope and an estimate before anything is built.

  2. Step 2

    Build

    Short iterations with something runnable at the end of each. You see the app on a real device early, not a slideshow at the end.

  3. Step 3

    TestFlight

    Builds go to your testers through TestFlight. Crash reports and feedback come back, get triaged, and turn into the next build.

  4. Step 4

    Release

    Store listing, screenshots, privacy declarations and review submission. After approval we stay on for updates and new iOS versions.

Ready for review, not hoping for it

App Review rejects for the same handful of reasons every year. We treat them as part of the build, not as a surprise at the end.

If a submission is rejected anyway, we handle the correspondence with App Review and the resubmission.

    A small release that works beats a broad one that slips. We agree on what the first version must do, and cut the rest without ceremony.

  2. Details compound

    Latency, easing, tap targets, empty states, what happens with no network — the parts nobody writes in a spec are the parts users feel.

  3. Plain answers

    Direct estimates and direct trade-offs. If something is a bad idea for your product, we say so before it is built, not after.
