Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of katzrin-ltd.com (“the Site”), operated by Z.S KATZRIN LTD, a company registered in Israel with its office at 14 Maklef Mordechai, Haifa 3295214, Israel (“we”, “us”). By using the Site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.
Applications are covered separately. If you downloaded one of our applications from the App Store, your use of it is governed by our End User License Agreement and by Apple’s terms — not by this document.
1. What the Site is
The Site presents information about our company and the work we do. It is informational. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, or a professional recommendation, and nothing on it creates a contract between us. A contract arises only when we and a client sign a separate written agreement.
2. Using the Site
You may read, print and share the pages of this Site for your own reference. You may not:
- interfere with the Site’s operation or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to the server it runs on;
- use automated means to place an unreasonable load on it;
- copy substantial parts of it to present the material as your own;
- use it in any way that breaks applicable law.
3. Intellectual property
The text, layout, code, graphics and the Z.S KATZRIN name and logo on this Site belong to us or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. Nothing here transfers any of those rights to you. Apple, App Store, iPhone, iPad, iOS, Swift and SwiftUI are trade marks of Apple Inc.; we use them descriptively and claim no rights in them.
4. Enquiries you send us
When you email us about a possible project, please do not send confidential material before we have agreed in writing to keep it confidential. We will treat what you send with care, but an unsolicited message does not by itself create a duty of confidence or any obligation on our part to refrain from working on similar problems for others.
5. The Site is provided as it is
We take care that the information here is accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete or error-free, or that the Site will be available without interruption. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties in relation to the Site.
6. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of data or loss of business arising from your use of the Site or your inability to use it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Israeli law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
7. Links to other sites
Where the Site links to a third-party site — for example an App Store product page — we do not control that site and are not responsible for its content or its handling of your data.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page is the one that applies, and the date at the top shows when it last changed. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of the Site, are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The competent courts of Haifa, Israel, have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.
